Welcome to Convo Drive. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must meet the minimum legal age in your country to use Convo Drive.
• You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Driving Safety — Important

• Always drive responsibly and obey all traffic laws. Do not interact with your phone in a way that distracts you from driving.
• Navigation, routes, speed-limit information, and arrival estimates are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date. They are not a substitute for your own attention and judgment.
• Use voice features hands-free. Set up your route before you start driving.
• You are solely responsible for safe operation of your vehicle.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Do not post or transmit illegal, abusive, hateful, or infringing content via chat, voice, or profiles.
• Do not misuse location sharing to track or stalk others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

4. Location Sharing

Convo Drive shares your location with your convoy and, when you enable it, on the public map. By using these features you consent to this sharing. You can stop sharing at any time via the Share Location setting.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (messages, profile, car details). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the app's features.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

• Users can report other users and messages. We may review reported content and accounts.
• We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms or harm the community. Suspended or banned users may lose access immediately.

7. Third-Party Services

Convo Drive relies on third-party services for certain features, such as maps, search and routing, and real-time voice. Your use of these features may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that navigation, location, voice, or any feature will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convo Drive and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app, including driving incidents, navigation errors, or reliance on shared information.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
